Hub International Limited has acquired Dansig, Inc., which operates under the name Dansig Insurance Risk Advisors. The deal, announced recently, did not disclose financial terms.
Dansig is based in Decatur, Illinois, and provides a range of services. They specialize in employee benefits and offer both commercial and personal insurance. Their goal is to help clients manage their insurance costs and reduce risk while also engaging employees effectively.
As part of this acquisition, Daniel Reynolds, the President and CEO of Dansig, along with his team, will join Hub Midwest West. Dansig will continue to operate under its existing name but will now be recognized as a Hub International company.
Reagan Consulting acted as the financial advisor for Dansig during this transaction. This acquisition marks another step in Hub International’s strategy to expand its services and reach in the insurance sector.
