The Austin Association of Insurance Professionals (AAIP) gathered on June 20th at The Oasis on Lake Travis in Austin, Texas, for their annual installation dinner. The event marked the introduction of the group’s new leadership team for 2025 and 2026. Meghan Welte, the current AAIP President, hosted the evening.
Newly installed as President is Abigail Hoover from Honor Capital. Rhonda Bowles of Summit will serve as President-Elect, while Jessica Hahn from XPT Specialty took on the role of Vice President. Nichole Richardson, also with XPT Specialty, was appointed Recording Secretary. Emily Egan from Amanzi will handle Treasurer duties.
The board of directors includes Rae Heath and Kate Mazza from QuoteWell, Jared Holder from IPFS, and Danny Journeay representing Dark Matter.
AAIP is a nonprofit organization that supports the community by organizing fundraisers, networking events, and making charitable contributions. This leadership team will guide those efforts over the next year, aiming to strengthen connections within the insurance industry and give back to the local area.
