Alliant Insurance Services has made two significant additions to its team in the Southeast. Sadler Norris has been appointed as vice president in the employee benefits group, and he will be based in Atlanta. Norris aims to collaborate with clients to create benefits plans that lower health care costs and boost employee retention.
Before joining Alliant, Norris worked with a company that specializes in cloud-based benefits technology. He also has experience working with various insurance carriers.
In addition to Norris, Trent Vance has been named senior vice president in the same employee benefits group. Vance will operate from Florida, focusing on clients throughout the Southeast. He brings 25 years of experience in the benefits field, having most recently served as vice president for health and welfare at a global insurance brokerage.
Alliant Insurance Services, which is headquartered in California, has been in business for a century, specializing in insurance brokerage services. The new appointments reflect the company’s commitment to enhancing its employee benefits offerings in the region.
