Arbella Insurance Group has announced a significant leadership change as Paul Brady steps into the role of CEO, effective June 1. Brady, who has been with the company for nearly 15 years, previously served as the Executive Vice President and Head of Claims. His extensive experience includes various leadership roles, such as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations. Before joining Arbella, he started his career in the IT department at Liberty Mutual.
Brady takes over from John Donohue, who is retiring from his position as CEO after 24 years. Donohue has been a key figure at Arbella, serving as the chairman of the board since the company was founded in 1988. While stepping down from the CEO role, he will remain active as the chairman and will continue to lead the Arbella Insurance Foundation.
This transition marks a new chapter for Arbella Insurance Group, a company headquartered in Quincy, Massachusetts. With Brady’s long history at the company and his diverse background in operations and claims, he is well-positioned to lead Arbella into the future. The company looks forward to building on its strong foundation under his guidance.
