Alliant Insurance Services has welcomed Stephanie Beach as Senior Vice President in its employee benefits division, based in Austin, Texas. Beach brings over 25 years of experience working with mid- to large-sized employers, helping them design health and welfare benefit plans that fit their unique needs.
Throughout her career, Stephanie has focused on creating benefit programs that not only save money but also improve employee satisfaction and health. She is skilled at leading teams to manage financial details, set pricing, and educate stakeholders on best practices.
Before joining Alliant, Beach was a partner at a major global consulting firm. She is a certified actuary, holding the titles of Associate of the Society of Actuaries and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and her master’s from the University of Texas at Austin.
With her deep knowledge and hands-on approach, Beach is set to play a key role in shaping employee benefits strategies that meet the goals of Alliant’s clients.
