IMA Financial Group has made two important leadership hires in its Houston office to better serve clients in the area. Joey Dryden has been named Houston Market President. He has been with IMA since 2021 and played a key role in building the company’s presence in the city. In his new role, Dryden will keep his current work while also working closely with the Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits teams.
The company has also brought on Will Ogilvie as its first local Employee Benefits Leader in Houston. Ogilvie has over 16 years of experience helping both public and private organizations—including school districts and municipalities—create employee benefits programs that match their goals and support their workforce. Before joining IMA, he was senior vice president of Life and Health at Stephens Insurance, LLC. At IMA, Ogilvie will focus on growing the employee benefits side of the business and offering clients smart, forward-looking solutions.
These moves show IMA’s commitment to strengthening its Houston office and expanding its services to meet the needs of a growing client base in the region.
