This year’s survey follows the 2024 Young Agents Survey, which revealed that many young agents felt less optimistic about their career paths and the future of the independent agency system. However, they expressed confidence in the overall health of the U.S. economy. It will be interesting to see how attitudes may have shifted in the upcoming survey.
