Honeycomb Insurance has started offering its services in Minnesota, marking a new step in its expansion. The digital managing general agent (MGA), which focuses on property and casualty insurance for landlords and condo associations, is now writing policies in the state. Right away, Honeycomb is providing up to $25 million in coverage capacity through both admitted and non-admitted programs.
Based in Chicago, Honeycomb is already active in 19 states and manages insurance for assets worth more than $55 billion. The company plans to grow even more by entering four other states—Colorado, Oregon, Kansas, and Missouri—by early 2026.
This move strengthens Honeycomb’s presence in the Midwest and shows its commitment to helping property owners and associations with tailored insurance options. As the company expands, it aims to provide reliable coverage that meets the needs of landlords and condo communities in more areas across the country.
