Get Recognized as a Top Agency to Work For: Submit Your Entry Today

If you work at an insurance agency that feels like a great place to be, now is your chance to get it recognized. Insurance Journal is inviting employees to nominate their agencies for the 2025 “Best Agency to Work For” award. This is a way to celebrate agencies where people enjoy their work and want to highlight the positive environment.

To make a nomination, you need to be a current employee of the agency. There’s a requirement that a certain minimum number of staff members must submit nominations based on the size of the agency for it to qualify. This means both small and large retail agencies have a fair shot at the award.

All responses from employees will stay confidential to ensure honest feedback. Winners will be featured in an upcoming issue of Insurance Journal, giving them well-deserved recognition in the industry.
