Insurance Business is on the lookout for talented young professionals making a real impact in the general insurance field to highlight in its Rising Stars 2026 feature. This initiative aims to celebrate those aged 40 and under who are currently working in roles connected to the insurance industry.
Anyone interested can nominate themselves or be nominated by a colleague or manager. To participate, candidates need to fill out an entry form by Friday, March 6. The selection process will involve an independent advisory panel that includes representatives from well-known firms such as Aon, EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, Alliant Insurance Services, Higginbotham, and the National Association of African American Insurance Agents (NAAIA).
Winners will be announced and showcased on the Insurance Business website in July. They will also receive special recognition at InsuranceFest 2026, held on July 15-16 at the Santa Monica Pier in California. This event is known as the world’s largest insurance festival, where industry leaders come together to share ideas and connect.
The Rising Stars initiative is proudly supported by the Association of Professional Insurance Women, highlighting the importance of recognizing emerging talent across the sector. This opportunity is a great way for young insurance professionals to gain recognition and build their profile within the industry.
