Personnel Changes: TWFG Unveils New Leadership Appointments

TWFG Insurance has announced several new leadership appointments aimed at boosting the company’s growth and innovation. Katherine Nolan, who has been the company’s Chief Operating Officer for more than 16 years, has been promoted to President. Nolan has been a key player in expanding the business and improving operations, and she will now lead the company into its next stage of growth.

Julie Benes, who served as General Counsel for over six years, is stepping into the role of Chief Legal Officer. She will oversee all legal and compliance matters while focusing on growing the company through mergers and acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.

Adding to the leadership team, TWFG has brought in Mohan Vijayagopal as Chief Technology Officer. With more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership, Vijayagopal will lead the company’s digital efforts. His expertise includes cloud architecture, platform modernization, AI strategy, and overall technology delivery.

These leadership changes come as TWFG reports strong financial results. The company’s total revenue grew by 21.3% in the third quarter, reaching $64.1 million. Written premiums also rose 16.9% to $467.7 million compared to the same period last year.

Overall, TWFG is positioning itself for continued growth while adapting to new opportunities in the insurance industry. With these new leaders onboard, the company looks ready to keep evolving and expanding.
