Artemis Insurance has made a significant move by acquiring Tyner Jeter Insurance, based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This acquisition adds another layer to Artemis’s growing presence in the insurance market, as they are already the parent company of Texan Insurance and Ozark Insurance.
Tyner Jeter Insurance, which was part of the McInnis Tyner Agency since 1972, was officially launched as its own entity in August 2012. This acquisition follows Artemis’s earlier expansion into Louisiana, where they partnered with Ozark Insurance earlier this year.
Kyle Watson, who is the Managing Partner for Ozark Insurance, will take on additional responsibilities to oversee both the Louisiana-based agencies. This move aims to enhance operations and service offerings in the region.
