Fast-growing insurance broker King Risk Partners has made a significant move by acquiring The Insurance Center, an independent agency based in Warwick, Rhode Island. The details of the deal have not been made public.
The Insurance Center, founded in 1973, has been serving individuals, families, and businesses across Warwick and the wider Rhode Island area. They offer a range of insurance options, including personal, business, and life insurance.
Dave Stenhouse, the principal of The Insurance Center, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition. He noted that this partnership will allow the agency to broaden its offerings in both personal and business insurance.
This acquisition marks King Risk Partners’ first agency in Rhode Island. The Florida-based firm is focused on expanding its reach in the Eastern and Southeastern United States. King Risk Partners already operates 15 offices in Florida and has locations in several other states, including Alabama, Connecticut, Georgia, Massachusetts, and New York, among others.
